Our initial session is dedicated to understanding your current state of health and well-being. Before your first appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a pre-assessment form. This provides a foundation for us to explore together, helping identify the key areas where support is needed.
Based on this understanding, I will create a personalised wellness plan tailored specifically to you. This plan may draw from one or a combination of Ayurveda, the SIRPA approach, and Dru Yoga, depending on what best suits your individual needs and goals.
Each person’s journey is unique, and my role is to guide and support you with the most appropriate tools to help you move forward in a holistic, meaningful way.

We take a deep dive into your whole life, exploring the interconnected aspects of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We’ll look at your relationships—whether with family, siblings, or others—and how these dynamics may be influencing your health. Together, we’ll explore past stressors, traumas, and emotional patterns, as well as current stressors, to understand how they’re impacting your body and mind. By bringing awareness to these hidden factors, we can begin to release blockages and negative patterns that contribute to chronic pain and emotional distress. This holistic approach helps you reconnect with your true self and empowers you to heal from the inside out, improving not just your health, but your overall quality of life.
